Susanne Walz (*1962) studied law and business management in Munich. From 1994 to 2005 she was employed with the firm of Haarmann Hemmelrath in Munich, becoming a non-equity partner in 1999. She went into partnership with GRAF KANITZ, SCHÜPPEN & PARTNER in January 2006.

She is author of a series of publications on the law relating to stock corporations and capital markets.
